Have Lizzie ever been shown playing the piano?

During the "Madeline" episode, while explaining why he didn't make it to Florence, he mentions walking home in the snow and thoughts of his daughter playing the piano. Has Lizzie ever been shown playing the piano?

Nice -- good call

Good observation, mandingo. But no I've never seen anything that even remotely resembles her playing the piano. Doesn't mean it won't happen though...

The absolute number one reason I think Lizzie is Red's daughter is because of what happened right after she asked him (over the phone) if he was her father: he paused. For several seconds.

To me, a question like that requires zero thought. If someone asks you a question that deep, you might be caught way off guard but your answer will almost always be immediate UNLESS you have some sort of "issue" with the answer itself.

When I first moved out of my parents' house, it was with two guys from work -- we got an apartment together. One of those guys, we'll call him John, I had known since the 7th grade. Long story short, he was always hanging around all the (very) attractive girls but that seemed to be the extent of their relationship.

Then one day, John moved out of the apartment but we still hung out every now and then. After a few months had passed we were all at a party somewhere and I was in no state to drive, so John drove me home. Just before we got there I asked him, "Are you gay? [long pause] I'm not gonna think any less of you or stop being your friend if you are, so it's cool... Don't worry. Or you don't have to tell me if you don't want. I was just curious."

The thing is, he didn't have to tell me after that -- the pause said it all.

Anyway, no I haven't seen Lizzie play the piano. And I've watched the show so many times it's almost scary. ;)

Go home. Turn back from this and go home. It may seem like the hardest thing in the world, but it is profoundly easier than what you're contemplating.
